KANSAS CITY OUTLAWS AA TRAVEL
___________________________________________________________________________________________

We are more than just a AA travel hockey program. We are a family and are committed to a development-focused program. Our main focus is in helping young athletes develop into confident, respectful, and passionate individuals that continue to grow as players, but more importantly, amazing human beings. Our tryouts are an invitation to all families who value character, respect, and a long-term love for the game. Our program competes in the St Louis league and plays in high level tournaments throughout the season.
At the heart of our program is a clear Success Plan, shaped by the MAHA Vision:
We Believe In:
Personal Development: Supporting each player's unique path with clear goals, feedback, and guidance.
Respect for All: Building a culture of integrity, where teammates, coaches, opponents, and officials are valued.
Fun That Lasts: Creating an environment where players love coming to the rink and staying in the game longer.
Embracing Mistakes: Encouraging smart risks and viewing setbacks as steppingstones. Every mistake is a chance to grow, and every fall teaches something valuable before we rise.
Why the Outlaws?
A player-first model designed to teach life skills through hockey.
A structured development pathway that sets age-appropriate goals.
On-ice practices and off-ice training, combined with video review and homework to help players truly learn the game of hockey.
Coaches committed to growth over short-term wins.
A family-centered culture where players are known, respected, and supported.
A coaching community with deep experience, including AHL, ECHL, NCAA Division I, CHL, NCAA Division III, USHL, and international levels—bringing elite insight to grassroots development.
Skate with purpose. Develop with intention. Play with joy.
We look forward to seeing everyone and welcoming new members wishing to join our Outlaws family.
