Kansas City Hockey Club Try-outs Complete

The Kansas City Hockey Club completed a weekend of tryouts for their top tier AA program. Over 85 players from 3 states and 6 different clubs tried out. The number was  impressive given the fact that the  Kansas City Hockey Club developed 16 players who moved on to play AAA hockey in St. Louis, Des Moines, Omaha and Minnesota this past season.

"It was a great showing with a lot of talented players. It shows that there is the desire of many players and families who want to develop and play hockey at the highest level available in Kansas City. It was a great start for the 2023-24 season," states MAHA President, Matt Stephenson.

AA teams will be formed at the Squirt 10U, Peewee 12U and Bantam 14U levels. Teams will be announced  in the next week.
